Hello there. I’m Louis, a fun visionary!

Born and raised in Carmel, New York within our big family of seven. I am profoundly deaf bilaterally, incase you missed my two bright white cutting-edge cochlear implants! I received multiple honorary scholarships and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I also had the privelege to intern as the Content Manager for RIT Department of Finance and Marketing and Design for NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services. Shortly after university, I secured a position as a marketing assistant for the most successful home interior company in Westchester called Country Willow in Bedford Hills, NY.

As I further developed and refined my skills, I made a big shift into the world of Insurance and Real Estate. As a listing agent, guiding sellers on how to effectively list, present, advertise, and sell their homes on their terms. As an insurance broker I can guide my cleints through theier liability, exposures and risk managment. As a porfissional marketing expert, i can help others apply whatI’ve learned along the way.

I bring expertise in market research, community outreach, visual optics, and data analysis to the table. My proficiency extends to modern critical selling tools such as 3D rendering, adobe suite, floorplans, interior design, photography, and high-quality film production.
